E-T-A release EPR & MPR/HPR group of electromechanical high current relays

1 November 2016
by HUB Electronics

E-T-A have released the EPR & MPR/HPR group of electromechanical high current relays. These relays are intended for use in utility, cars and special vehicles.

The MPR/HPR devices can switch or carry up to 300 Amps continuous load at 12 or 24 V DC. The EPR10 allows a continuous load up to 200 Amps in two variants, the first being EPR10-N relay (no protective function) for up to 100 A and up to 200 A. The second variant EPR10-P is a protective relay for monitoring of load current and thermal load automatically interrupting the circuit and issuing a group fault signal.

Note; A separate EPR10 device is in development for dual current flow. The present EPR10 device allows current in one direction.

Please see attached data sheets for technical and dimensional information. If you require additional application help and advice please use the enquiry link.

EPR 10 Power Relay

  • Solid state for high continuous currents
  • For 12V and 24 V on-board electrical systems
  • 75 A to 200 A continuous currents switch frequently
  • Suitable for Pumps, Ventilation and cooling systems
  • 80% space saving
  • Low investment costs
  • Long life span
  • Silent operation
  • Low CO2 emission

MPR/HPR Power Relays

  • For battery isolation switch or battery switch-over relay
  • Switching high capacity loads (examples - air conditioning, compressor units )
  • Replacement of cylindrical standard automotive relays
  • Water & dust proof
