I/We the undersigned hereby apply to open a credit account with HUB ELECTRONICS LIMITED for the purposes of purchasing electrical components. I/we understand that payment becomes due 30 days from the end of month of the invoice date. Should the terms or credit limit be exceeded a payment will be made forthwith to bring the account up to date before further goods can be obtained. I/we hereby declare that credit facilities have not been refused or stopped elsewhere. I am/we are not undischarged bankrupt and I/we accept the terms and conditions.
Please note HUB ELECTRONICS LIMITED will also make a search with a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search and will share that information with other businesses. We may also make enquiries about the principal directors. Your account will be monitored and information relating to your trade credit performance will be recorded whilst your account is live.
