Hub Electronics stock a range of tinned copper screen braid suitable for a wide range of applications. Available in most common sizes, in either complete reel, or customer defined lengths cut to order.

The braid is supplied on a plastic former and coverage ranges from 90-98% (typical 65-75dB @ 100 MHZ).

Features include:

  • Excellent expansion ratios
  • Range from 2mm to 60 mm O
  • Option to supply to pre-cut lengths

Typical uses include:

  • Screening of cables from electromagnetic, electrostatic and RF interference.
  • Mechanical support and abrasion corrosion
  • EMC-EMH applications
