Mil C D38999 High density circular range

The Mil C D38999 range (four series) of connectors have been designed to meet both Military and Aviation specifications. Due to its flexibility, and the huge range of insert configurations including high density variants up to 128 ways, the connectors are also suitable for most high spec applications. The range is available in various materials and plating finishes, whilst incorporating an extensive range of contact options including standard crimp, pcb, coax, fibre optic and hermetic glass to metal sealed.

This range of connectors are suitable for many harsh environment applications.

LJT – MIL-C-38999 series 1

The LJT series of connectors are approved to BS9522 F0029, BS9520 G0001 HE308. The connectors in this D38999 variant feature a scoop proof bayonet connector suitable for applications such as ground support systems etc. The connectors are available in panel rear and front mounting styles, with Jam nut mounting receptacles and heavy duty coupling free cable plugs.

Also available are Hermetics, feedthroughs and variants utilizing the full range of contact configurations including, PCB, Coax, Power and Signal etc.

JT – MIL-C-38999 series 2

The JT series of connectors are approved to BS9520 G0002, PAN 6433-1, HE309. The connectors in this variant feature a light, low profile bayonet coupling shell, and suit applications requiring space and weight constraints, such as avionics box builds etc.

The connectors are available in standard shell styles, and utilize the common D38999 style contact planforms.

SJT – MIL-C-38999 series 1½

The SJT series of connectors are approved to LN29729, VG96912, PAN 6433-2 and JN1003. The connectors feature a light weight scoop proof bayonet coupling shell. These connectors are used in place of MIL-C-26482 connectors in applications such as European military aircraft.

D38999 series 3

The D38999 series 3 connector range is a high density, coarse acme threaded mil spec connector suitable for a wide range of applications requiring a flexible harsh environment connector.

The connectors are also available in composite, ali-bronze and stainless steel / high temperature versions and can incorporate pcb, power, fibre and coax/triax contacts for total flexibility.
