LEMO, founded in Switzerland in 1946, took its name from the company founder, engineer Léon Mouttet. Originally a manufacturer of contacts in noble and rare metals, the company took a major step forward in 1957 with the introduction of the push-pull self-latching connector.

M series
The M series is constructed of high strength aluminium, with an artic grip, rapid rachet screw coupling, in light, but strong compact shell. Standard crimp contact arrangements from 2 way through to 114 way.
The connectors are available in both integral screen / molding variants, as well as in a mil spec threaded version to suit standard straight / right angled back shells.
B series
Standard self-latching multipole connectors with alignment key.
E series
Watertight self-latching connectors with stepped inserts for alignment (of multipole version) and rugged housing for extreme working conditions.
F series
Compact self-latching multipole connectors, with multiple alignment keys, for harsh environment.
K series
